Khalil Bendib is a naturalized U.S. citizen residing in Berkeley who was born in Paris. He grew up in Morocco and Algeria
before coming to California at age 20.
He is well known both as an editorial cartoonist and artist. His cartoons have been
featured in USA Today, the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, the San Francisco Chronicle … Mr. Bendib also hosts
the radio show "Voices of the Middle East and North Africa" on KPFA.
