French Jazz singer Raquel Bitton is internationally praised as the greatest
interpreter of the music from the Edith Piaf repertoire.
Bitton's critically acclaimed hit show Piaf, her story… her songs, celebrates Piaf's
extraordinary life through stories and songs that reflect each major episode of her life
from being abandoned by her mother at birth, raised in her grandmother's bordello and
being homeless most of her teen years. Piaf rose from street singer to being the highest
paid performer in the world. She became the voice of the people, the cry of the
heart,the voice of Paris.
